I feel okay about the game being down, but I was compulsively checking the forums for the first few days. The game happened to go down at a time when I really needed to focus on studying, so that was lucky and probably contributed to me not missing it too much. Knowing that it would be semi long-term helped, too. I'd be a lot more twitchy if it had gone down with no explanation whatsoever.

I check regularly to see if the game is up, but i'm not like sitting around with a nervous tick.

I check the forum regularry, and I miss my charries very much, but I don't think things like unknowingly going on Cantr page to check on my charries just to facepalm myself were happening for more than one or two days.
I'm spending more time than usual on the forum, though, to keep that Cantr-shaped hole in my life open for when it's back

I've gone back to other games that I stopped playing because I got more interested in Cantr. I wonder if I'll be able to play again. 8)

I checked every day for just over a week then didn't care as much anymore and now check once every 2 or 3 days.

I found several other things to do instead, but am not ready to leave Cantr just yet as i have a handful of characters with unfinished tasks that i'd like to see through and complete.

Yeah, alright, I'll also admit it's one of the tabs that opens whenever I launch my browser too... and I still feel sad that the screen doesn't have the "correct page" lately... (correct = the one with the login!)

RL stuff has been keeping me so busy for the past couple of months...bunch of chars died :( I'm finally getting back in the loop and then Cantr goes down. The gods are punishing me. Now I keep checking cantrspy in my start bar to see if the little question mark has changed into a number ... still hasn't :(

I don't remember ever having withdrawal symptoms. Finding stuff to do with a computer is never a problem for me (Most of my free time has been going toward trying to make a blog site http://www.joshuamonkey.comze.com). I congratulate Jos and all programmers for understanding and succeeding at this stuff.
At the same time, I like Cantr and not even years of down time would be enough to convince me to not come back. What I don't like is having to wait before telling other people about it. This whole situation isn't very good on a marketing stand point.
