Devish Blackrock.

Escaped the Rau from killing him twice, maybe three times before she finally had enough of him having emotions. Left some interesting things behind and that's all I can say. To the man that did finally kill him, you did a fine job not being a jerk about it. I dont want to say who it is as he traveled and there are probably few outside of the Blackrocks if any that know he joined up.

Dam you James Blackrock for being too nice to Derv's wife Hanna and sending him into fits after Hanna took to the road to mourn Jame's death when she wasnt even supposed to be able to walk. For those of you that didnt know he had lost two women before and was insanely jealous of anything that got to close to Hanna. I have to say when Dervish proposed to Hanna it was awesome. He was on a ship alone with her, stripped (not by force) her of her clothes, kissed her feet then begged her to marry him. She thought she was getting lucky, it was indeed a surprise. Only women he ever touched sexually and didnt do it till he married her.

He never also never got over the death of Erik Blackrock and that causes some serious issues with his sanity. Erik was an ass but Dervish looked up to him.

The onion war over trying to save Gene from the evil onion king was hilarious and might have been the best rping I ever did with Derv.

Sal Blackrock, so you know Hanna and Dervish saved your ass by not telling the Rau you made fun of the chick that liked to hide in the forest. She would have surely killed you for that. Oh and that slip you had with your weapon made me laugh like hell. Great char that pulled it around.

In the whole time I played him I never saw a Blackrock die of a death that was caused by an enemy. Only by heart attack, starvation or the Rau ordering them dead. I think he was there for 15 Cantr years.

That was your character? Coventina felt rather intimidated by him when he was being such an ass before leaving Klojt. Not that he had the capacity to harm her physically but verbally he was very intimidating.

That situation was interesting because I as a player didnt know that a char couldnt get sick and die.( he was my third char) I actually thought that when Alex said he was sick and dieing he was going to . Cov didnt know what was going on and all the work he did would go without merit (I thought).Derv did much better when he landed in Dory. He never wanted paid by Klojt,only to feed the people there and in the mountians. I dont think he even had clothes when he left. Derv never spent the iron Cov paid him because he thought it was dirty, it eventually ended up in the hands of the Rau. That kinda made me smile . He did however tell one of his girls that he had acted badly and would one day go and say he was sorry. But then the Blackrocks came along and well they dont say sorry except to each other.

Interesting. I believe I saw this, but I nor my character had any idea what was happening, or who those involved were.

Yea, she pretty much alienated herself. She wasn't capable of taking over for Nader, but her stubborn persistence in attempting to do so just caused others to distance themselves. Asking ooc: for the town to let her starve just sealed it: no one wants to RP with a throw-away character, even if it seems like they're back living - the players already prepared themselves mentally for her death, and you don't want to get close again in case there's another mind change.

So, if you're starving your character, don't advertise it, because if you change your mind, socially, things will change.

hmmm, well it's been quite a while since these chars died but i figured, i may as well admit to having been them.

Earnest Richard Badonkawitz - starved out after the last long downtime, i just couldn't get back into playing him, was just gonna be an independantly wealthy entrepeneur, ended up getting into politics as a councillor and ended up as governor, started making ties with another nearby town or 2 and it's nice to see how things went after he starved.

Chimera Brees - i used to be soo much into playing her for a few years, her life experiences and her 'benevolent' rule, intricate economic structure that took a lot of my focus and time to develope, the unexpected massive expansion out of selfe defense gave me one of the theoretically largest regions that, though she didn't visit each city to express her rule, at least in the capture of prince ahearn,but briefly was one of the largest english nations in game, i really didn't want to lose her and it was just plain not realising she was that hungry, miss playing her as much as i miss tamara vasquez.

Isaiah Ian Ichabod Iram Isaac Ignatius Irwin - another one of my synchro-alphabetical poly-named chars, was a worker became business owner and eventually ran siom until he was pushed back out and ended up ruling a forest instead, had a great many friends including almost the entire regional spanish community, learning thier language was important to him, i think he starved after a lockdown.

Taquita Longbones Danann - dunno if i mentioned her before, spawned in a forest she labled as 'hell' and thus referred to herself as hellspawn though she wasn't really hostile or vicious to anyone... except those in 'hell' joined the dananns too and eventually became a Flaith, did work built her own ship and helped build up more danann wealth and infrastructure, managed to get a few recruits but... half of em died from heart attacks, had big plans for her, i think she died on the danann harbour facility she got started in kwor, starved, i didn't expect her to drop, musta been after a lockdown and i didn't realise she was that hungry..
(also had a danann a while before her, Enron who died in the war with tbr burgeo, i also had one join after taquita died but, i think it was too soon to and stopped feeding her, i coulda wound up with Taquita's old ship too *shrugs* i can't remember her name right now but dananns from that time may know who it was, i'll post it later when i can check my list in the game)

Victoria Lancaster - died too soon, burgeo animals got back to thier respectable normal ferocity, one that i regard as proper for the island, unfortunatly she napped a bit too much when she got back from her first trip and got the #&$& kicked out of her, too weak to gather to heal, some animal finished her off, she had plans for real estate in a region of that island, too bad, it woulda been interesting doing all of that development, good luck to her friend.

Beatrix Stromquist - another fatality on burgeo, but again, i understand and accept the ferocity of the animals as it was as it should be fore the island, she was just poorly prepaired and lost contact with those she was travelling with, i was gonna give her a real bad attitude as a psychological effect from feeling abandoned, a total.... nevermind you get the picture lol

Tatiana - a somewhat naieve illeagal boat taker.. lol labled potential pirate, left got a ride with a powerful group to another island, but she kinda went quiet and forgot to ask for food..
