Cannot build Tuned Car Engine B (Propane) inside Van

When I try to create this project it says not allowed.

I think I should be able to do this right?

Just to make sure, did you finish the frames, or the van?

The whole Van. I can go inside it and I have the key.

It should work now. There had been a space behind the name of the engine that prevented it from being identified. Classical error, but a nasty one.

Ok it worked, but here is the message when using the parts on the project

3062-0.12: You use a fis propane on Installing a car engine.

3062-0.12: You use a engine03 parts on Installing a car engine.

Apparently the program doesn't use the translation tags, but the hardcoded names. I'm not certain why that is, but it's luckily only cosmetical.
