Crag Rock is currently manufacturing a off road dirt bike frame. The iron and steel had been added and the tools required are hammer, screwdriver, wrench, and sodering iron.
Crag has all these tools in his inventory, yet the message is displayed on the events page that I do not have the proper tools.

I assume you meant "dirt motorcycle frame"? If so, there was a space before the hammer requirement in the database, which was the only thing that looked unusual to me.
If it was not a "dirt motorcycle frame", and/or the problem still persists, then please post again that it's not fixed. Please also post if it has been fixed, so that we'll know it's taken care of.
Addendum: The "road motorcycle frame" also had a space entered before the hammer. If anyone has had a problem with making one, please check if that problem still persists.
