*Nods* It happens. Send a message, think about it, think against it, delete it, e-mail was already sent, no PM in the box, freak out, panic, think someone has your password, and someone does, and its you, and you don't realise it, go on a spree, spam the boards, lash at the moderators.

You know, it's the basic drill.
