turning around

i've noticed that if you turn around on the road while stopped, it says you turn around but you don't actually change direction. i don't know if this is intentional or not but it can really confuse people (especially the people who are doing the tunring if they aren't paying attention). people can even take advantage of it by pretending to turn around. (i know i have )

I'm not sure that this is a problem, since:
-it doesn't say: "You see Tim turn around and keep walking," or something similar, and is therefore not actually misleading.
-a pursuant should be observant.
