If you do make those right turns make sure it's on green, if it's on red, and you don't come to a complete stop, you are in the running for a traffic ticket. Red light cameras are everywhere where I live. You will get the ticket in the mail for 400 plus dollars!

Well sheesh, just as I got around to saying I have three days of work lined up, it was changed into two. Also they changed the starting time of the first day from 5pm to 6pm. The second day still continues to be an inhumane 11 hours. I'm glad for the lighter start but this takes away about a third of the hours.

I don't think I've ever done longer than 7. I don't know how you manage... I'm expecting to be in a coma by the end of the day but at least it's that one. It's hard to imagine several days in a row like that would be tolerable. Although I suppose it's not crazy through all that time, there must be quiet times in the mix. Both of my shifts end at 2am, I doubt there'll be that many people around that late.

If flowers could think and feel like us, how would you imagine being picked and put in water?

My last job, if you picked up overtime, it usually meant a 16 hour shift. Thankfully, it was a "sit and wait for something to break" job; but the boredom was tiring and it was rough pulling 16 hours, going home for 8, then back for another shift.

I really wish I could change my schedule to where I work 3 or 4 days of an extended shift. My dad works 15 hour shifts, but gets 4 days off every week - that would be worth the long days at work.

If it weren't for the pesky prions and such, Long-pork would be a sustainable resource, wouldn't it?

Not like you could eat raw meat in general but it would be good if you could in emergency situations. Although if it was possible to eat dead people in Cantr, the whole body shouldn't vanish, it should just be described as having chunks missing or being covered in bite marks. It's silly in FTO that the whole person will vanish when eaten. Of course it's easier to do that programming-wise but destroying all evidence of cannibalism shouldn't be that easy.

What if, though, there were an option to gut the dead bodies and gain products that way the way you automatically do when you kill animals? Strip the corpse and gut it, use the resources for whatever. Or be religious and bury it if that's what you want to do. It would be an interesting game development, although the popularity might be low because "That would be Cannibalism...which is in fact frowned upon in most societies." (Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - 2005.) Ah, the joy of citing sources. Please nobody quote this little 'invisible' section...

Yesterday, one of my nosy coworkers walked past while I was trying to quickly post something for a char. He ALWAYS ogles people's computer screens when he walks by. So, in his annoyingly loud voice, he announces that I am "chatting" and continues pestering me. I'm actually curious what he thinks because I'm sure he saw my (male) char name at the top of the screen. lol Just irritates me and now I have to use the monochrome filter via stylish for awhile. It's nicely done but it just makes Cantr feel....empty. Strange that changing the page color can cause such a dramatic change to my gaming experience.

AND I even shared my homemade beef jerky with that coworker yesterday!
