Did you want to be there, or are there by circumstance?

I traveled there for the festival, but due to circumstances I am staying. At least for the foreseeable future.

Edit: The bitch that killed the badger ruined it for me!

Yeah I remember her as waking up about twenty times a day, or maybe 100, lol, that was a year ago though. Good to hear she's still kicking these days.

On another note, the only festival I'm attending right now is the Seatown one, been a little drunkeness but other than that, not much going on. Hope to see some activity when the games start though.

It irritates me that I was looking forward to more activity, but then work whisked me off to travel and do a bunch of meetings and seminars and crap, so I can't do my usual "login at work while doing other stuff to play Cantr a bit every hour or so". Booo!!!

Maybe the 3010 festival will get activity too?

Maybe you should try the Doryiskom approach. (changed the wording, just from memory)

You see a man in his twenties say: Hey, it's day 3000!

You see a woman who is very old says: What should we do?

You see a woman in her twenties say: Yay 3000!

You see a woman who is very old say: Yep, 150 years.

You see a man in his twenties say: I wonder what the first day was like?

You see a woman who is very old say: Somehow I've been alive for more than half of that.

You see a woman who is very old play an instrument.

The end.

I feel late. Hahaha.

I know Jessica! :D We had our lovely 3003 festival with lots of food (TOMATOES! One of the characters made a really interesting combination with his food that involved shoving rice and bits of cooked meat into his tomato. My char copied it) and music (we had THREE SONGS!), and a really random game where you tried to knock down a stone tower but none of us won.
But Jessica left our town for some reason about seven days or so before the festival because I think she felt unappreciated. At least, in retrospect I think that.

But it was still a good festival. *nods*

Oh, look! An action in asterisks! *gasp* I must be addicted to Cantr!

Oh no....
Well maybe our town will keep its palindrome tendencies and celebrate a 4004 festival instead.
