I'll move my schedule around to meet you...then she doesn't show up. So she calls me this morning to say "Oh, we're going with another service, it isn't personal." Yeah...not personal. You wasted about 3 days of my time when I could have been DOING OTHER THINGS! Thanks for nothing.
I
HATE that. I hate wasted time. It's like, fine, if you don't want to cooperate with me, so be it. But be up front about it so no one's time gets lost forever.
Another thing that has been bothering me is the work ethic/mentality of some business people. If the service you offer includes in the mission statement "to provide information to the public," I shouldn't have to call/e-mail your four times before I'm finally acknowledged.
Do your job. It takes 5 minutes. Also, make sure when you
DO do your job, you do it properly. I shouldn't have to update/correct the information in your files for you. You're worthless and quite frankly wasting taxpayer money if I have to do your job for you.
Rants are fun.
