Yes somewhat. Empatec/ Empaselect is a company they work with that provides work for people who can't do work for a real business.
But they also help people like me, who need help with getting a job. It's not paid because they want to see how good I can work. Though they could have paid me as they said they were going to hire someone for what kind of work I'm doing now. I was like: So why can't I get paid?
