I Died?

Your character died. The last events for this character were:
2986-7: You ate 293 grams of your potato chips.
2985-7: You ate 480 grams of your potato chips.

I understand I may have been fatigued & ate lots of potatoe chips, but what happened, did I choke on my food and die? Did I starve because I didn't have enough chips to eat? I ate yesterday and today, but died anyway.
