I just finished making, for the first time, tiramisu cupcakes and I'm too ill to even try one. Too much beer and rich dairy while I was baking... (I -had- to taste test stuff as I went!!) I guess my coworkers really do get to be the guinea pigs. I hope no one dies.

I think it was the "leftover" mascarpone icing that did me in. Just gave in and tried one... Disappointed. My cupcakes did not turn out light and fluffy so they're like eating pound cake with a very light, creamy topping. Oh well, I'm still taking them in to work because there's no way I'll eat them all!

I'd actually rather make regular tiramisu, but this was a practice run for my sister's baby shower and we're shooting for all finger food for that.

Raspberrytea, you could basically make white or yellow cake cupcakes, do the syrup and icing part from the recipe, and have about the same effect. I did manage to get people to eat them today and the consensus was "they're interesting, the icing is awesome, but they aren't anything close to tiramisu". Unfortunately, I still have 5 more here at home. I think I'll go visit my neighbors in a sec.

No! It's impossible! You can't get things done while you're mourning! It's against the law! Mourning is mourning, not get up and do stuff time. lol

My desire to kill all was conquered by the dullness of killing worthless potato farmers, so I think I'm done with Cantr after this. Maybe if I was more motivated to kill people it would be different, but after I killed Doug (again) and he told me he's staying out of my area, I think there's nothing left that I want to do. No tyrants, no douchebags, just boring people with no desire to do anything with their cantr lives.
