Although it's more difficult to keep a town running after the rebuilding/starting phase is over and you have about everything. Newspawns will have needs but if you give them everything for free, they'll run out of goals to work towards.

Thats certainly what I noticed with my char Alexander B. :D It was easily at that moment he started to help to get people active and working on projects. But also after some time it gets to active for my char. I remember sometimes being busy for one hour just answering questions people asked my char.

I hate to say it but Rau Naedell would be a name to throw out here. Also Arenti, Absolom, Vasser, and Seven are also good leaders in my book.
I think one of my leaders is okay, he has some trust issues, but that conflicts with his good nature so he ends up being to trusting. Plus communicating is hard for him, he'd rather work and let someone else deal with the BS that comes with leading. If those characteristics didn't affect him he'd probably get a vote.

Ok, I'll play by the rules; Only people I've met on my new account.

I've had pretty limited experience so you'll see some geographic localizations, but I'll keep from picking two from the same town for variety.

Governor: (sorry, I haven't found anyone who can coach an all-star team yet)
Counselor: Rani Mella, Kayla Perry, Scion (alt. Vegro)
Head Guard: Nadell Blackrock
Guards: Mike MacGregor, Tyr, Keegan Ingrassia (alt. Lee Holloway)
Banker/Resource Manager: Zol (alt. Robert McLeod)

So we're allowed to nominate dead people?

There's been some dead people mentioned already, so I don't see why not.

+1 for Arenti

I just got to know him quite recently, but I (both me and my charrie) already love him.
An he... is... not Arenti, isn't he...?

also: Kayla Perry and Mojo Nocenti, and, from the times long past, Emilly Rogers and Brooke Christianson, with the last two, and their crews, being the ones from I've been learning how-to-play-a-charrie-well.

Who plays Mojo? The name is familiar.. Isn't he that mass-murderer who runs a desert town?
