Trust me, you'd need to be much more bored to investigate those.

Warning: Jos sent word that gave up Cantr II - gives great headache. Now he will return to play only Cantr I, with the lego's in his room. Invitations and tickets are being sent. :P
Cantr II is a social simulator. What is not working is due a problem in the society.
Cantr is like Vegas - what happens in the game should be in the game.

If you do nslookup on http://www.cantr.net, you get the following IP address: 72.208.223.112
As we know, there is no web server currently responding at that address. However, if you enter the following into your browser: http://74.208.223.112 you will get a response from the Cantr server (Apache 2.2.9). Unfortunately that server does not appear to be connected to the running game.

The 72.208.223.112 address belongs to Cox Communications, and the 74.208.223.112 address belongs to 1&1 Internet Inc. It appears from this that the 72 in the current DNS listing for Cantr is a typographical error.

Now that I'm cursed it's probably not a good idea to landscape my backyard until the curse ends. Dammit! With Cantr down now is the perfect time to do it! I was only bein' positive, using the SECRET. That's what I get for being positive instead of my usual negative.

Yes, this has already been posted by Doug R. in the sticky topic. (though in less words and not so detailed)
