Public discussion channel to report possible breaches of the capital rule and for the public investigation of suspected cases. Note that in many cases it might be preferred to report such cases in private to players@cantr.net instead of on this forum.

1) Post a description of the suspected breaching behavior, and as much relevant information as you're comfortable posting.

2) Do not include your opinions. This is a facts-only forum.

3) Do not comment on threads if you cannot contribute to the facts. This is not a discussion forum.

The Administration encourages players to keep their character identities a secret. Sending your report via support@cantr.net is completely confidential.
