Now that water is implemented into the game, would it be possible to have pipelines from areas with water, to areas without water. It would be a relatively expensive project, but once it's done then the province that originally had no water would be able to pump it as normal.
The pipeline could be built in the same manner as a road improvement project. There could be different types of pipe ranging from small to storm-water-drain sized, each size could control the maximum amount of water gatherable in a day.

Karnon: Exits
(leave through this path)(improve this path)(upgrade pipeline) Path to Karnon Forest

I think it's something to put on the to-do list.
What do you guys think?
Water, plumbing.

Well if it'll be like that, then we'll need a container to store the water or several since not every town has water. In that case the pipes would come in handy. And if Jos makes it necessary to drink to live in the game I just hope that he also increases the amount of wieght we can carry because as it is it's not enough because of food.
