Characters that irritate you/yours -

Bai-Ling and Woden Mark. Can't wait for their house to be built so they quit whispering outside.

Awww my character loves them.

Suppose I posted this in the wrong place. My char doesn't really feel one way or another toward them. As a player, I get annoyed with the constant whispering.

I'm in agreement with SumBum here. My character could care less, but it's really starting to irritate me. I'm not too fond of all the fluffy happy cuteness, either. :p

Yea Whispered cantr sex gets old fast if you got to look at the whispering. Thas and overhearing.

But the chars that bother me are all the retarded and or special need ones. Not including unable to read,see, or hear.
There a bother no one really likes them and there are a lot of them as of late. The older ones I just want to lock up in a room and forget what one. That and muti personality chars thats very old.

So not really any single char at the moment more like a general Rp style.

Yea but it's sort of like cheating at it. Instead of working at relationships they dont have to. Also talk about a sad personality complex to want to get all that extra attention.

Do you really think that a char who is blind, or mute or whatnot have easy relationship? You have GOT to be kidding me. I do play a char that is mute and it is just as difficult if not more difficult. Not like you can yell at someone when they piss you off. They don't have a voice and tend to be ignored easily. So yea.. im done now

If you look up up said I have no problem with the blind deaf or mute. I think I put mute anyways. Because I dont not in the least that Rp is hard and adds a lot to the game. But the people who play dumb chars like Owon i think his name is in Bhak or Erik in blackrock forest but bother me greatly.

haha, lol'ed at both Rebma's posts. I feel ya, I play two characters in a similar position.. so I have to take a stance against BIKR. One doesn't speak, but has the ability to pick up on words if she's taught them - one a day is the rule for her. (sadly she was abused by one town and only knows words like 'sad', 'hate' and non-affirmatives like 'no'.. she doesn't know any positive words)
Another just has an inability to create a coherent sentence.. and thankfully he found another guy just like him (what were the chances!)

Both these descriptions would give them away if anyone plays around them. In that sense, I guess, I can justify playing retarded characters as they're unique and not a run-of-the-mill deaf/mute/blind guy.

Recently we had a mute guy spawn in Sjoftich Hills North.. he got completely ignored, no one has time for him. It's just annoying as a player when one pops up after another, it's hard to have to look after each one of them.

What's even more frustrating is that the player gets bored quickly and they usually die in their early twenties. This contributes to people OOCly being sick of them.

I have played with both Owem and Erik Blackrock. Funny funny stuff! Oh and both hated my characters, or at least it started that way. If you rp with them they rp with you. That is the point. Play on!

I don't know about Owon but I know of Erik. I don't think he's "dumb". He is pretty smart he just can't communicate very well. I play a "dumb" character and he runs a whole town!

Hey returner!! My mute char was ignored, and I have gotten to wanting my char to go away forever but she is 56 and is in a challenging relationship..

I dont know if he is dumb either it's hard to tell Owon should be put down though lol. Now I dont mind the ones that learn but 90% of the ones I have met dont learn the do it for awhile get bored leave or die. And the run of the mill blind.mute.deaf arent all that easy to find I met about 5 of each in 5 years of playing before i left when the server shit the bed so to speak,
