I hope that was a joke as the gender issue doesn't have to be about sex or even intimacy.

While few characters know mine is specifically a eunuch, and as a result by spawn I might add, his behavior shows that he's generally neutral on the whole gender thing. At one point he didn't even refer to himself as a man/male.

I agree, any character, regardless of gender, who goes around waving their junk all over the place won't likely get a very good reception
