You'll find your char is eating much more, too.
And it lasts a lot longer than it used to.

Really longer? Few days ago my character felt "a liitle faint"... Ate more that evening. Next day everything was normal. And still is...

I may be wrong, but I'm sure on the first day of the sickness you ate an enormous amount, and that halved each day thereafter... but the last two times have gone on forever each day overeating a little less.
But then, despite trying, maybe my char hasn't found the cure yet.

Ouch. Tiddy, your char must have it bad. I just had one recover to eating normally on the third day and no longer has the "feels a bit weak" message on its char description.

This char is Swedish, but I'm sure you get it...

2815-3.05: Du känner dig lite matt
2814-5.34: Du åt 144 gram bröd.
2813-5.34: Du åt 285 gram bröd.
2812-5.34: Du åt 47 gram bröd.
2811-5.34: Du åt 47 gram bröd.
2810-5.34: Du åt 47 gram bröd.
2809-5.34: Du åt 47 gram bröd.

Looking forward to see how much I eat today. :)

There is a logic behind how long it lasts and how much you eat. There's no randomness involved. Except in catching it, but even then a cause is always present.

Is this related to the disease, or to the cantr planet stop spinning for half a day?

So the 'ticks' of projects and such will be at different time?

Ticks are always at the same real time, unless PgD manually changes them.
