I wondered where you'd been.
If you do unsub (which I wish you wouldn't *tear*) when you're ready to play again, send a message to PD with the old account info. They resurrect.

Not a problem I have because it makes law reading actually not needed (except to see how many animals to stop on when hunting) and I am very persistent (at least with the characters I like) BUT it's still annoying.
These also drive me crazy. Hell, maybe I should start a town with opposite laws. It's illegal NOT to steal. And if you steal, we'll give you a house and lots of food!

Hmm well for many chars just locking them up for a bit does nothing. In a game where you can just ignore your criminal if he is locked up and then play again once released there is not much effort to change ways. I've done it, many others I'm sure do it.
Oh I'm caught, sleep for 2 years in jail only to walk to the next town and do the same.

My government lied to me and people are performing horrible acts under the guise of law.
I am not shocked, at all, by what I saw... nor do I have any thought that they will stop because people raise signs and scream at the top of their lungs.
Welcome to America, my friend, learn to ignore it or try to fight it. One of those could result in the lose of not only YOUR LIFE but that of those whom you care for.
The rich and powerful win at the expense of the rest of us, that is how capitalism works. The government fucked with the job market to force people to have little to little to zero choice about joining the military, as well. OR will that shock you too?

There's only one thing I have to disagree with in this video...
I very much hope someone beats some fucking sense in to this prick. Not all men and women of the military act as depicted in this video, there's a decent number who actually do it for their friends and family, and for their country, and they aint fucking stupid...

Honestly, Dudel. I'm not surprised either, but firstly - forcing the reality of things to those who DO ignore it helps sometimes. Denial can be a powerful tool. Frankly, if I had a real opportunity to do something (as you said) because people raising signs and screaming at the top of their lungs has done nothing and is doing nothing, believe me when I say I would risk everything. These are I quote "supreme crimes of humanity". This is like trying to ignore the holocaust.

No doubt at all. It's not the soldiers that are the real problem...

People STILL don't believe that happened.
Not that I disagree, although I honestly put forth my person and those directly in front of me with priority then humanity* as a whole, but your point doesn't have much validity to the actual situation.
*Humanity can rot and fester, we are a plague to the earth. Such behaviors that you see there have always happened and will always happen.

Well aren't those people considered, ignorant and crazy? As a matter of fact, read this and you'll see it's even punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment in Germany. And if there any that still don't believe

The biggest problem is this mentality. "Oh, not like it's anything new. So it's Normal". The norm needs to stop being defined by what we see everyday.

HA! That's awesome. I wish there were laws in our country about being a retarded prick, too.

I don't know wtf you're doing but I sure as hell don't see the crap in that vid or image everyday.
It's history... it's human NATURE to be violent and horrible. People "in charge" take advantage of this and, as the vid said, put people in a situation (they used "war-zone") which brings out the "animal inside".

Meh.... I had a rant about serving in the military and not being appreciated for it, the government conspiracies, and David Hasselhof...but in the end it felt like whiny bitching so I won't post it.
Though I will add that I recently sat in on a speech by a Holocaust survivor and it was beyond incredible. I'm glad this woman is willing to share her stories even though I'm sure it tears her apart and revives horrid memories every time.

Possible Mistaken Understanding: Soldiers, power to ya! Doing what you have to (assuming they are NOT the things that were the raise of this topic) for (assumed) good reasons.
Naru said it, didn't see a point to following. Not EVERYONE is a total unethically-acting-yet-free-of-guilt shitbag.

Either way, those pawns risk their damn lives every day because they want to make the world a better place. Whether thats what they're used for or not, I'd say that its a damn good, honorable reason, and they deserve some respect. Just because some of em ain't any good, don't mean they're all bad.
