cantr blocked, how can i bypass

i wanted to know if anyone knew how i could bypass the lockout at work so i can access cantr at lunch.
i have been trying to get html to show up in hotmail so i could use iframe and just go into hotmail to check cantr but i cannot figure out how to get the code to show up as actual html, help me please!

Depends how it's blocked, if it's just a text filter you may still be able to access cantr at http://82.165.250.69 (no, this defaults to the .org site, please won't GAB sort this out..?!)

Failing that, via a proxy, take your pick of the millions on google.

Failing that, ssh tunnel a connection to your own external server. No, I'm not going to explain how to do this.

well, it's a terminal in the lunchroom everyone can use so i wouldn't be doing anyting too fancy like hooking up to an external server, seriously you would have to hold my hand through that one
i will try the schoolhammer though i am unsre you see, the screen gives you a list of allowed sites, very few others can be accessed, which is why i wanted to use html iframe in hotmail because i could e-mail myself and acess hotmail there and have the frame inside the e-mail so i can access pretty much any site i want, but i don't know how to get html to work in hotmail
hopefully the schoolhammer or that other funky jumble of numbers works to get me in.
