You brought up the whole "You keep complaining about the way people play" which is something of ages ago. And other than this I really don't want to go fighting with you because that's not going to get anywhere. Really not like this.
I do want him banned, yes, since he brings more bad than good to the game, but other than that I know that WHATEVER the PD does to him, I don't care what the hell it is, I know it doesn't freaking work. Rigel just becomes more of an ass with every single soft thing said or done to him, and don't tell me I didn't see any PMs because I've received plenty of him explaining me why I am oh so retarded and should go kill myself and whatever else, in response to a kind and polite PM to stop spamming on the forum back in my CD days.
There can be so many policies, but what use is there in having those if they don't freaking make things any better!?
About me causing more trouble, shut up! I am not going to swallow things just like that because PD likes their stupid policies. Was keeping the fact passwords are stored as EDITED in the database and posted ALL OVER THE PD FORUM all a secret also a policy for the PD?
Staff IS dysfunctional. I've been trying for ages to get tons of stuff fixed in the game but barely get any responses. Nor did I get any thanks for that self-porn pic of a certain staff member they removed quickly after I found it in some open directory along with outdated cantr admin tools that are still there and could be opened in hex or text editors to receive valuable information that can be abused. Or the fact you can make characters with ids that are already being used, so you overwrite others.
I'm sick of this whole fucked up behaviour. It pisses me off and I refuse to shut up.

LOL And yet you expect everyone who disagrees with you to Shut up because you're sick of it.
I brought up the you complain about the way people play because that's what you've done SINCE that incient. It's all you do...complain. You spend your time on here trying to discredit pd with your continuing "Oh I'm right and pd doesn't do what they should" crap still especially with that last bit of your last post. It's always you're right and everyone else in the entire forum and staff are wrong because they dont' do things to fit your standards so you've obviously been wronged in some way. Whining and complaining and crying over the forums changes nothing. Or is it just the attention you seek?
Oh wait..it's thanks for your opinions and advice and work YOU put in that you're missing. Maybe that's the issue here. You don't get enough from others so you've got to try harder to get your own personal thanks. Well thank you. Good enough?
Being an ass doesn't get you banned from the game. Your characters are asses as well quite often as are you from time to time. Should we ban you because I don't think you quite fit my standards of playing or I think you're an ass? While I do not like his characters at all myself, he stirs things up in game. It's no different than Adam Brinks or Nick MacGregor or any number of others who cause trouble in game just to cause trouble in game. Just because you don't like hte way he does play doesn't mean he should be banned as long as he is not breaking rules. And if he IS breaking rules PD DOES deal with it and monitor.
Also, Forum is the forum, the game is the game. If he breaks rules on the forum, it's a whole different department dealign with him than who handles the game issue. Just because he's banned on the forums doesn't mean he can't play the game as long as he sticks to the rules. Once again, as in the past you take a personal issue with Rigel and expect it to be forced elsewhere because YOU were wronged in something that had nothing to even do with the game.
Again if you have advice or ways to correct the "problems" you see with staff. Take it to Jos, I'm sure he'd love to hear how he's failling at setting things up to your standards as well.

I was talking about him being an ass on the forum. Whatever, I don't feel like talking to you since I already had a headache before this and don't want it to get any worse. Don't expect me to change anything with you being as bitchy as you are right now. I am willing to talk another time if you can do so without being mean, then I will do so as well.

I expect every post that comes from you will continue to be a complaint / or anger at something that has affected you and nothing in the least beneficial to the game or the forums at all.
