RPing objects that don't exist in Cantr?
I just want to get everyone opinion on something. Should you be allowed to RP items that don't exist in Cantr? Nothing huge but small objects. Such as a pencil, or even RPing a twig dipped in the ashes of a firepit if there was one in the town. Obviously we have the ability to write notes. But do you think a player should be able to rp small objects in the game as long as they don't affect the greater purpose of the game?
IE:
A man in his twenties say: *raises a twig in mock battle* On guard you evil villians"

Yes. If there's trees then of course there's twigs and branches, and leaves.

Natural objects like twigs, leaves and pebbles are fine. If you give them to someone, it would be good to give a few grams of wood or stone through the interface but not entirely necessary. Processed objects are more questionable.
One of my characters used to have an rp'd hat and a pipe, but someone rp'ed *doesn't see a hat* so I stopped mentioning it after that. People definitely shouldn't rp having objects that could already be manufactured through the interface, but if something hasn't been implemented and is unlikely to ever be implemented, you might as well play it. But if something is in accepted suggestions then it's better not to rp creating it since there would be a conflict if the item got implemented afterwards.
Another one of my characters had a sort of a shoulder belt woven out of tomato vines so that he could attach things to it. He farmed tomatoes often so it was likely to assume that tomato vines were also produced as a side product.
Another character made a fan out of a potato by sticking feathers into it, since she had feathers and potatoes in her inventory.
And then I had a crossdresser who had a wooden shaft that was rp'd as a phallus. And hemp cloth used as chest bindings.

One of my characters make a soccer ball. He picked hide, tendons and a bone needle. Sewn inside out the flaps deployed. Filled with gas and capped with a potato. Gave the finishing touches. After, rehearsing soccer a few times. Too bad the community does not like the soccer because they had not done the ball... All this with pure roleplay.
