I doubt that. Otherwise the PD really goes too far, as they (in my opinion) go so often. Making people commit CRBs to make the game "fair" is not what the PD should be doing.

you can say the player's name.. everybody knows it is him. Not like he cares anyway.. well, if Nick is still leader.

And wtf? That's wayyy too far for PD since that's basically screwing the Krif region over. :/ Back when I was playing, the MacGregors were planning some major stuff.
