Empires, kingdoms, comunities.

Iam wondering which empires are big, which are not. Please tell me what you know about all the empires in Cantr-world. I have the feeling that they change every week without war.
Whas there ever a real war in Cantr? I think none, but maybe others have other XP.

Most of what you hear of kingdoms, be they pirate or otherwise, is OOC fluff by players who's characters are involved. Its NEVER what you think, trust me.

Wars? Yes there are real wars.

And as for kingdoms, in my experience, there are multi-city goverments, co-operatives and organisations. But they are not common and are not huge.

Well, they're not huge because they're made of dots instead of having an area. If you consider that roads from one of that miserable dots to another might be about 180Km to 250Km, world gets rather big.

wars? yes there have been, the noniwrok alliance vs. tbr, there was also an alliance in the southwest portion of cantr island vs. the barons, there was an alliance against the hawks, another incursion or 2 involving jakarta but more of a policing action than actual war. there were other wars i have little to no info about.
also there was a union of sorts concerning the cities of noniwrok island sometime afterwards.

as for sizeable countries.. well i do recall one that was jegit though short lived that i saw in game myself, a republic in eastern cantr island which included: brunoi hills west, brunoi forest, brunoi, quillanoi forest west, quillanoi forest north, seawood, shambon, quillanoi east, quillanoi south , though one member left before some of the others joined so it never surpassed 8 cities at any given time. i am unsure how connected some mebers may still be but there are maps in game still. the republic grew with no agressive action whatoever. (i was tamara vasquez and i did witness town leaders signing the constitution first hand)

there was also the ladvicitavoi empire which did last a long time once spread across a good portion of west cantr island, i am not sure if anything of it remains.

there also was a nation around shortinazy, i haven't had a character there for a long time now but there were 3 mountains claimed and locked constitutionally in union with shortinazy, i should know i was Prage i even killed someone for trying to break away (hey the mountain had nobody i had people move there) i don't know what is going on there now.

there was also a place called a principality, covering much of the region that was once held by the barons, let me see if i can recall.. i used to have a Count in one of the towns before he died in a sea battle.. there was blaman, blerk, blerk hills, at least 3 of the blaman mountains possibly 4?, but that country was absorbed by another empire...

there used to be a union on treefeather island including much of the seatown region and the towns on the isthmus down to krif, didn't last long, rangers died off.

also we can't forget the commonwealth, i do not know what it's full extent was it had to have at least 6 cities at one time, i tried to capture the island of shai to add the 4 city island but because of certain things i did i ended up executed to save blojt from other threats that were after me... dang why did my chars fav lord have to step out of town at that time? lol

oh and on raj there was a country called dom hofran, i used to have a character that founded a province for the country , the province added 7 cities to the country by 2253

there was also in the french region small formation of multi city states, one of my chars ran a forest and until he got ripped off by someone in the capital was quite happy, but afterwards broke away and was getting ready for war, never happened, i cant even remember how he died, mighta starved during one of my absent/bored periods far from his home getting resources to make iron and steel., i think there was another small country like 2 or 3 cities on the south coast.

above is all that was and as it was last time i was there and haven't any recent info to give, partly yo avoid crb's, so for those unspecified, they could have collapsed, shrank or expanded since, changed constitution or anything in the years that passed.


currently there are 3 countries kinda 2 or 3 on the northern part of cantr island, a couple on the southern areas, i don't know about the rest of it, there are a few on treefeather island i am aware of.
i do not know much about other language zones right now but have heard the polish have an organised country prehaps one of them would like to elaborate in english for us


that i think comprises my knowledge of cantr countries, there may have bene more sizeable countries and i am reluctant to give much information about recent current ones to avoid any crb however well known they may be already both in game and out.

It kind of went down hill after there main army got massacred by the DoUrden Mercenary company. And actually it is or was known as either the Empire of Ladivicatavoi or later as the Alexian Empire during this time period. Not sure what became of it but they still had strong leadership and their base of power in Ladvicitavio was impregnable but this was over three to four real life years ago.

Yeah, I loved playing in the Lad Empire and the war with the DoUrden group was a really cool episode, even though one of my favourite characters died in it.

As I understand, though, the DoUrden is still a multi-location group in that area. So it is still an empire, just with different rulers?

The Spanish mainland had a very short lived federation. Town leaders quickly lost trust in it and it was dissolved.

I think the biggest single-government Spanish territory are the wild lands claimed and patrolled by a veteran warrior clan: a dozen locations including a couple towns and a big fortress.
