Maybe it should go in that spoof suggestions thread... but why not?
One kitchen table plus a bit of wood and rubber for the cushions, string for the pockets. Ivory for the balls. Yes, not easy to get, but billiards was once a rich man's game.

Great! And buildable in cabins;) So that captains can play billard while fighting on sea;)

Additionaly - silk cloth.

And to additionally unKISS it. A pool billiard skill, that will determine (with luck) and tell you the result when you *use* the pool table.

. Other than the above statement, the suggestion is neat. It's be like a desk right? (For those of you who don't know, a desk currently isn't used for anything)

Theoretically, a pool table could even have recreational value, if it is implemented as a kind of resting furniture. I'm not sure if that would lead to some odd phrases though.
