I just don't understand why you think it has to be oil or nothing. Propane and bio diesel take organization and effort to produce and distribute in large quantities too.

Neither do I.


We should increase the output with oil and propane even more than it is now, so people would bother looking for fuel. Biodiesel can be made everywhere.
