I did not understand much, but what I got is that Wiro is a little psycho, right?

"Arenti, don't bug Caesar! - Of course you can dear, but to be a big psycho you need to get stronger. So eat all of your food, kay? Then you can go out and play with Wiro and Dudel."


Of course, the family meal of a psycho family is human flesh.
