Thought or Rant of the day!!!

I like my Wii, which reminds me I need to go out and buy Mad World and The Conduit.

*though I do play more on my PC as I'm a social gamer* And most Wii games I have are only multiplayer if there is somebody else in the house that wants to play it too.

My girlfriend's mother is forcing her into a rehab gulag. We had our first month anniversary on monday. She's currently in another city, because she couldn't come back into town or they'd take her to rehab, and we were traveling. I had to come back because I had no more money and was pretty sick from withdrawal. Now that's over, but I won't get to see her for a pretty long time, most likely, and there's good chance she won't be allowed a phone or correspondence, might not even be rehabbing in the city, and might not be allowed visitors. Her birthday is in six days, and I'm definitely going to miss it. This situation fucking blows. And it could last a month, or two, or six, who knows. And that damn trip went so terrible. She's my neighbor, my daily confidante, my artistic muse and main critic. I'm going to miss having my girlfriend around, but not having her, my friend, around, that's going to be fucking brutal.

Oh dear. I'm sorry. Might I suggest the disuse of heroin? Disposing of hard drugs, I've found tends to make one's life run magically smoother.

I keep telling myself "I'm going to bed in 15 minutes!" and darn Cantr - you keep getting me to stay longer. Well that's it I say! I am GOING TO BED IN 15 minutes whether I get more interesting responses on Cantr or not so

Edited again: So I lied, I really did - how awful of me!1! 15 minutes passed and yet...still on Cantr. But this is it I swear, my last refresh and then I'm done. Comfy pillows here I come!

It's not like she's hooked. She had an addiction and beat it, and now she was teaching me the ropes because I was curious about doing the whole intravenous thing. We keep all drug use casual, never an end in itself and never a requirement. Just let 'em flow.

Of course there was always the option to not start.

That's like never opening a type of literature ever. That just seems weird. Maybe we're curious souls.

You could also just refrain from smoking, drinking, doing drugs and all of those things.
Although I know that every single person will at one point start something similar, even if it is an addiction to things like chocolate or eating (too much).

Hmmm... I am addicted to the Internet, chocolate and everything else that is sweet and I start eating when bored. (Although I somehow don't seem to get fat.)

Yeah. But I'm still going to ignore your advice, being me. I don't treat drugs lightly, but I am pretty solid about legalization; if you don't legalize, more people will die because of 'experimenting' with badly-made drugs. If you legalize, legit businesses will most likely take over the growing and making of 'em, raising the quality level.
