Me too, but but but. When making a cup of tea requires half a kilo of water (current state of things), how consistent would we be if a pot of soup just assumed it? :D

It's a thorny question...

It is, but in coffee and tea the water is a more essential part. You might also use as an argument that they are drinks, not foods. (That doesn't work for broth and aspic though... ;))

The problem is, the more recipes require water the sooner someone will ask how we boil eggs with air.

Rain, and technically there's water in the air. :lol:

excellent onion-based dishes, some healing, some just filling.

We could make it like spinach, both healing and filling!
