Dead man working

Postby sanchez » Fri Jul 24, 2009 5:28 pm

My char has started a very old project and I've noticed navigating through the project screen, clicking on any participant will show an extra participant, the project initiator, who is not actually present (and unfortunately not actually contributing to project increment, it seems). He's listed as a very old man, older than dynamic naming, though it's possible to name him now. He is likely buried in the town. I've never seen this with other old projects, so if anyone cares to investigate I can provide details in pm.

I have noticed it many times already, and not just recently.

Arenti, have you seen this on newer projects too?

It only shows if the person who started the project is dead as a few days ago I checked a project I knew who started it but who was missing and it didn't show the name of that char so I guess it only shows if the char is dead.

Have you noticed if it's only dead people still on location, buried or otherwise?

I don't know that for sure but I think it counts always not just if the person is buried there. I can be sure if I would know if a certain person is dead or still alive. If he is dead and his name now doesn't show like that it means it only counts for people buried there. If he is still alive it would mean it only shows if someone actually died.
