IMO I like it the way it is but I would say you can only attack once a Cantr minute which is 5 minutes IRL.

You still could only hit a person once a day.

You would hit the first and have to wait 5 minutes before hitting the second.

Going once a game minute slows combat down by 3000% to 30,000%.

That is enough strategy for a simple change.

Slowing it down further you could have propsals a proistions on combat for a slow as it would go. You could make it a law to have to petition the govemernt to defend yourself. :P

I'm not opposed to some other kind of bigger revamp but for a quick fix I am very opposed to this one. I would have my characters just drop their shields. The extra weight would be useless.

Do you like my revamp system with the fatigue involved and wounds and the such?

Yeah. That's why I seperated it from the simpler solutions. I have an opinion on the simple solutions but your complex one seems like a way to go.

If a quick fix is done I just want to make sure it's the right one.

I voted for once hourly, but maintaining the current limit of only hitting the same person once a day, so technically one person could only hit 8 people in a place in a day, but it'd more realistically be 4-5 depending on amount of internet access. This will force people to have organized armies using strategy to effectively kill off oponents, the current mad slash everyone in sight will not be possible anymore which is good. I have only been waiting on programming for this.

I think that once a cantr minute/once every five realtime minutes increases the risk greatly on the side of the agressor.

*Still agreeing that Character A can only hit character B once a day*

If you really wanted to be fair then a person would only be able to get hit once a Cantr hour as well.

There whould be no wars only assinations. Rule by mediocrity would become even more of a norm than it is already.

I still think you should be able to hit the same person twice in the same day if they hit you back after you hit them the first time.

And hitting once every five minutes limits you to hitting 40 people a day but spending all your minutes doing it and taking the three hours and 20 minutes to do it. Unless you play alot of games with loggin in and loggin out and even then it just extends the window of real time before hit and run.

And as an added bonus it would be more confusing. It would be running on the game clock at the top where you know the minutes go to 00 way before the hour goes to the next. That would be difficult enough.

A rather significant feature of this current system is that you cannot fight when you are not awake, and still you can be hit. That's a very potent pro-attacker advantage built in the system, I think.

You cannot defend a place when not awake, and you even can be injured.
