Usually with people like that I say take a deep breath between your sentences and talk slowly, there's no rush.

I've had it.

I can't take any character seriously who doesn't take the time to capitalize and punctuate sentences. I know it's not a requirement for the game, but come on. Please?

The copy-pasting of event logs into notes and saying "That's what happened"!

Its not IN CHARACTER thats OUT OF CHARACTER! X|

That annoys the CRAP out of me... for some reason.

Oh, and anyone who does this... I know a lot of you do.

STOP!!!! WRITE IT IN CHARACTER OR DON'T WRITE IT! *mad face*

I totally loved it when this one guy in Blojt Forest East pwned this chick by improving the events log so much, commenting on the weird way of describing actions, and the mentioning of project ticks. Oh, and the terrible grammar, spelling and lack of interpunction

100% agreed.

If you do not have the time you can also just put it like:

First I saw.. Then I said.. Then I heard...

Even that is better.

I thought it was in Blojt where there was a note explaining how to write down radio messages.

"...and no matter what, resist the urge to write down "You hear", no matter how hard it might be!" or something like that. :P

I usually at least manage to alter the "time:you hear***say:" to Around 'time' so and so said to me:......... and then "A few moments later I told him/her:"

lol There might actually be a lot of work for scribes in Cantr if people just bothered to take up the task.

Geez, I honestly wish I had the time (edit: and motivation) to rewrite hundreds of events long event logs into a full narrative.

I know the person who was called out in BFE. It was a long event log, but thanks for rewriting it.

two things:

1. when I am on my phone (like now) it is much harder to cap/punctuation, esp when I am in a hurry. I get used to my phone auto-capping but it only seems to do that 100% correctly in email so I aplogize!

2. I do sometimes copy/paste when something major is happening and I need it fast OR if ooc I am in a hurry, don't have 10 min to rewrite but don't want to leave someone hanging for what happened.

ps I apologize if it was my charrie who inspired the note comment :( I really was ooc in a hurry.
