In a few of my characters' eyes, Nick MacGregor is the Antichrist. Granted, I've never had a MacGregor. And yeah, I think Naedell is a pretty good evil character. I think that Ianto counts as a pretty nice guy, as well as Senator Bob MicGess.

Lol Rigel, no. They are nothing like the old blackrocks. THEY were actually more like a family. lol 
Now if non-blackrocks broke their laws they were killed no problem. Usually. But it was a different story for the blackrocks. They were treated with respect. All of em. And if people wanted out, they were allowed out. The new blackrocks are way different than the old ones, unfortunately

Adam Brinks is a killer, but he keeps his word. That makes him better in my book than any other two-bit punk that talks nice but doesn't mean what he says.
I guess Naedell is about as evil as they come, although because I think she's insane, it kind of takes the premeditation out of it and makes her more of a indiscriminate force, which is less interesting than a calculating evil.
Kendra Black, in my book, also falls under the "evil force" category. She's almost like the boogey man to one of my characters. I don't know enough about her though have an opinion on her sanity.
Most nice characters have some trait that irritates me, except one that I can't say, because it'll give my character away.
Dead charries:
Lond Arminius was immoral in a pragmatic way, doing what he felt was best for Naron without taking morality into account. A true, rational psychopath that unfortunately never survived to reach his potential (or any notoriety) in Cantr.
Dory Agony. A truly wicked lady, but fatally naive.
Madaline Faucault in Dory was one of the nicest characters I've ever met, which made it even better when she got mad about all the "public fornicators."
Tirasu Nestor Windrunner was also very nice.

Naedell is a bit evil, but sadly I didn't get to roleplay too much with her. Nick MacGregor's just rude and mean, but from what I've seen not necessarily evil. As for Flooflu whom I mentioned earlier, she seems really nice, and in her own head things are probably really nice and well, as well as for everyone else, but if you get to know here, jeez, just scary.
Nice characters... well, Kylie Simons of course. Well-roleplayed, too. But I don't think I've met too many actually nice characters, there's way too many characters that are nice when it would help the players powergaming play, and evil when that would help them.
I wish my characters would end up with some actually evil character sometime, without other people ruining the RP and making things a bit boring (see: Blackrock Forest). Things that would make me scared... yes... that.
