Slow loading characters

When was that? Cuz Cantr gets very slow during turn changes.

Ah, IC... Yep... 'T was during a turn change. Should be fine now. If not: Sometimes I too experience a period of extreme slowness, sometimes upto 4-5 day's, then everything loads well again for some time.

Actually it was abit earlier, the game went down for a few minutes, right before that everything was going slow. Was about 6 here so right at turn change everything slowed then game went down for about five minutes.

It was 14 minutes into turn chage when you noticed the slowness.

During turn change things are very senstive to people trying to play.
Right at the toards the end of turn change it seems to lock up tight for a few minutes.

And the slower is goes the longer turn change runs.

I've been finding it to be slow in general. Occasionally, it shows flashes of speed, but mostly slow. During the turn changes, it is almost unplayable. I use more minutes waiting for server response, these days. Even during times of low activitity (based on activity in my character's locations) the speed of a short time ago is not there.

Right after the animals were brought under relative control, it was pretty good. Since then, it has gotten steadily slower.

Yeah, it was slow this morning here just before Cantr crashed for a bit. Sometimes loading my characters is slow too, always around turns. I have an odd habit of logging in just before they happen. Seeing as how turns are practically not predictable anymore, I just try to avoid them, but end up catching them >.>

The animal population has steadily grown along with the player population too.

Turn change seems predictable now. It will be 25 minutes from now. It should run within an hour. Things work best when people avoid those times. But watch out for oppritunists.
