Dudel, I honestly don't understand how you can dislike storms. I mean, other than the destruction of personal property and shit. But it's all fun cause the powers out and now you FINALLY have a reason to use those damn candles, and when you look out the window the pines are all sway-ee and cool looking, and you know sometimes they fall on your trampoline or the room you're sleeping in, but it's cool cuz you don't even wake up, and it's like super-rain, and it feels like when you were a little kid and you'd take a flashlight into your sheet fort and it was all dark and close and spooky but in a good way, and the whole family's at great grandma birdie's cause her house is like a castle (in strength terms), and the lightening is just stupendous all like "BAKOWWWW!" and it's really bright and the sky gets that cool shade of almost yellow-red-gray and the air just feels ALIVE, you can feel the electricity in it....
How do you not love that? It's so much fun.
