I play FTO, I started as one of the first chars, and honestly, I usually forget to login often enough to give my char something to eat. I find this game boring. I don't like all that magic, fantasy monsters etc. Strange races, I play a race of desert nomads, with canine faces. I also can't get used to its interface.

Although, unlike Cantr, it's still being developped, Lumin quite often introduces new features.

Doug, what do you mean "it's my job"?

I'm the Marketing Chair. It's my job to point out good Cantr news. Free publicity! We get a lot of players from FTO.

Really? I thought it was the other way.

A sudden thought crossed my mind, riding its own lazy thought cloud.

It's both ways. Very incestuous.

Gran - Cantr would send any potential reviewer screaming for the door before they even got into the game, which is why MD has never pushed for that kind of thing. We're content with our fanboys plugging us on other forums, and riding the success of our progeny . Ironicly, it could be the success of these "progeny" games that gets Cantr the credibility that it deserves.

Yep, I came from FTO. Couldn't find Cantr no matter how hard I searched in google afterwards (on terms other than "cantr").
