Does tiredness affect project completion?

At least when tiredness was first implemented, it took much longer for people to complete projects and they practically had to spend time in a cot after a few days of work. It was an interesting time. So yes, tiredness should affect how long it takes to finish a project.

Well that seems a little over done, in my opinion BUT it should effect SOMETHING yes.

Mostly Cots etc are used for RP, so I've found, or people who "like to fight/spar".

Yes, it does. Try picklocking with a crowbar while tired.
