Hi, i have a question. How come that in herb garden i can grow lesss herbs then in? Shouldnt it be oposite? Earthenware windowboxs could be build as mey as you can and you dont have to work on it. In herb garden i have to use fertilize (which is made by hands) and then put in some work in it. Why is that so?
P.S. Sorry if that kinde of post was somewere else. I just coudnt finde.

Less herbs? Huh? The herb garden should be able to grow more than both the windowbox and flowerpot.
I think it was designed to have about 4 times the efficiency as a herb garden.
Maybe making the fertilizer project automatic with manual assistance, like the drying racks though. I'll think that over.

It's good idea, I think, because now even if people have in town a herb garden it is not used, because it's less efficient than windoboxes.
One more idea, I come across reading polish forums, it's that we should decreased the number of herbs, which are used to make honey in beehive. It's ok to make honey from tulips or roses, but from peppermint or sage

Bees love sage flowers.
Windowboxes are more efficient because you can make as many as you need. They should require preparing first "planting soil", I.e.
Planting soil (a): dung, limestone, water
Planting soil (b): wood, mushrooms, water
Planting soil (c): wheat, clay, water
Planting soil (d): grass, mud, water
