The mystery of the missing iron bracelet

My mentally unstable character in the Reniov Desert finished an "iron bracelet project" but the bracelet seems to have disappeared.

I got the "794-2: Project Manufacturing an iron bracelet has been finished." and he is all alone in the desert, so it must be some sort of a bug...right?
