Perhaps it would be nice if, when one's account is locked,
He would at least be aple to contact a department!!!! :x

Do you mean on the forums? Since not all people have forum accounts, or they might not know which members are active. But ProgD is aware of the contact form not working with locked accounts. As far as I know people can still use the form while not logged in to contact support.

I'm talking about the 'Contact Departments' link, on the bottom of the character page,
which doesn't work when your account is locked (guess how I found out :oops: )
