According to my calculations I'm approximately ¼ Irish, ¼ Welsh, ¼ English, ⅛ South African and ⅛ Australian.

(There is also some evidence that I may have a very small amount of native African blood...)

Although when we went to England we found our last name on this big scroll with all these coats of arms on it.
Dunno what it means tho, I was only six when we went.

interesting ancestry in this thread, I think mine was something around 1/4 Scottish, 1/4 Norwegian, 1/4 French and 1/4 English, like wtf.. lol. 3rd generation aussie though.. with a french name. Go figure.

Add in some english, and mix it all up so it evens out and you've got me. All within 5 generations too. But i'm too lazy to calc.

Someone ought to split this into an ancestry thread. I hate it how when someone mentions their roots, everybody else starts going at it as if it was some competition how diverse a background a person has.

Or maybe people want to start an interesting conversation based on diversities and identifying with others who share their ancestrial background.
