I'm sorry if there is something like this but I haven't seen it before.

Anyway, my in game character needs to make notes that are proved to be by him.

You would check "add signature to note". And you would type in what it would say. So people would see at the end of the note for example:

Unrecognized Signature that says "President of the Nations"

They could click on the the signature and time in a name for is so they could recognize it later.

President Signature that says "President of the Nations"

Of course, people could try to copy a signature. And perhaps the more signatures you have recognized, the better you would be at telling a fake.
But it should be really hard to try to copy a signature.

Also the signature recognition should be based on the person and what the signature says. So a signature by by that says "Mr.Cool" and another signature that says "Mr. Love Doctor" it would make you take recognitions twice.

If there are any other suggestions for making notes know to be official that can't be easily counterfeited, perhaps already in the game already, let me know.

Couldn't you do that the 'hard way'?

...that's what envelope seals are for. Even though they have not been implemented properly whereby someone can just change their dynamic name and make an envelope appear to be sealed by anyone...

...but no one would do that, it would be a CRB, wouldn´t it?
Envelope seals only work once though, when they´re broken they´re gone.

Not really...

Besides, people obviously will take advantage of such a flaw in the system, and that is why it is currently useless and thus unused.

Why is it no CRB if it´s abusing a flaw in the system?

The flaw is going to get fixed if it hasn't been already. In the future it will only be possible to seal an envelope if you have a seal item, the old sealing system will be gone.
