Surely you shouldn't be posting how you are going to roleplay it as that would be a CRB. :)

I don't think it's a CRB, but it will tell us who all his characters are.

I'm not going to roleplay it at all, as this shouldn't have happened - it was not within the game mechanics, and thus not part of the game.

Actually, it was in the game mechanics, as it was the game mechanics that were fucked up. Therefore, at the quantum level, we should be roleplaying this. But I don't think I will.

AGE: 21
OCCUPATION: Fry-cook, occasional rocker
LIKES: Hard rock, metal, playing both, Cantr, the internet, and whiskey.
HATES: His apartment, lizards, snakes, being told what to do.
STR: -2

RCK: >9000

hmmm well i know a few of my chars will die and i'll hafta respawn, but some i cannot let myself lose so.. they may go on survival mode till i can get into them again lol :s
at least i remember what most of them were up to.

Well, I always thought of the server as mechanics, so wutever.

No, not weeks ... who said that? :)

Few more days at most, I'd say. We did stumble on some really unexpected issues now, which we know how to resolve, but it does take a little bit of time (i.e. scanning the entire code for a particular type of thing).

If the clock is running but nothing else is running, that means characters will experience a period of time during which everything was frozen.

my char were smoking weed and drinking lot's of honey (and he's cheif of a big town) just before the crash, and he have done some funny thing's while he was "away from brain", so the "blank screen" next day is great roleplay for me :>

Only if my characters and no others actually do it or something similar. Maybe I'm just practicing to get back into RP after a long hiatus. :wink:

Besides. at the pace repairs are going it won't be a CRB because of the 4-day rule. That's not a complaint. I've had to rebuild servers. It takes the time it takes, and that's always longer than planned or desired.
