First of all, this is not the appropriate way to deal with this sort of situation. If it is a forum ban you are disputing, you need to talk to someone from the Communications Department. If it is a game ban you are disputing, you need to talk to someone from the Players Department. If you can't work it out there, the discussion needs to go to GAB.
Secondly, be rational, and don't resort to filthy language and immature name calling. Rants have a tendency to be ignored. PENIS, et al is not an appropriate title for a forum thread.
Lastly, I doubt Jos contacted you. It's not really something he would deal with anymore.
