Undocking.

Sorry, I'm quite new to the game and one of my charries is currently on a ship docked somewhere. When I try to undock I get a message saying error.
Am I doing something wrong?

I think it might be a bug. Does it say just error or is there a longer error message?

Just says ERROR: =
