That ship is not yet so full that it is impossible for a person to board. Try dropping most or all of your possessions. The tool I have simply does not allow the moving of bodies unless the vehicle is actually full, so I can't do anything from my end.

There is a little tool i used. All it does is move the body.

A bike can only hold 1 person plus what he is holding (75 kg total). That is not much, really.
