All this new-found enthusiasm is great! :D

But, as Seko said, unless you can submit it, like, now, it won't make it into Issue 15. I'm having to delay this issue slightly, too. Partly because submissions haven't come in on time, partly because my own item isn't quite finished yet, and partly because my new job is taking up more of my time and wearing me out in the process.

We really need another editor.

Apologies to all you readers.

On the plus side, though, it gives you a little extra time to perhaps get into Issue 15 after all!

Comic was hilarious. Last man on Cantr was nice to read, allthough a bit disgusting. :P Poems were really nice too. I'll read the Willow Wood Chronicles tommorow. Or later today.

Sorry, Piscator. The issue was due Oct 1st. I just had to wait a bit for some of the items. If I'd known you were planning something, I'd have waited a bit longer.

Yeah, guess I should have said something. I just assumed 15th was a fixed date because you mentioned it in your signature. Well, one thing less to worry about.

Good issue folks. I really wish I had the willpower to write like you guys do, but I can barely get my school papers done and keep my characters' mouths moving ;)

Seko does a great job with those comics. Funny how the dialogue is EXACTLY what we see EVERY day in cantr, yet with the addition of pictures it really shows just how absurd the IG culture we've created is. Just great :)

I have to say how much I loved "Last Man on Cantr". It had such a Ray Bradbury Martian Chronicles feel to it. I found the so-called 'disgusting' part very metaphorical. ...strangely beautiful even.

Yep...I'm odd. :P

Wow, Seko, I have to credit you for "The Last Man on Cantr" - very, dark, very disturbing. And I imagine it would be even more so for somebody who's never played Cantr

"The Last Man on Cantr" was um...informative? I liked it, if not a little 'gross'. Comics are always funny. I wonder if they are from real Cantr experience(duh) I really wonder if one of the chars is yours. The male perhaps? Great webzine, I dont read the poems tho...not my thing, sorry.

joo: Yeah, I bet that for someone who's not familiar with Cantr, stuff like locking people up and leaving them to die and stealing clothes from corpses would be inhumane, but in Cantr it happens ever so often. The short story mostly uses elements that are already familiar from Cantr, just presented in a larger and more drastic scale.

Dudel: I often think that Matt is the kind of a character I very well might play, and I currently have at least one with similar qualities, but none of the characters in the comic is an exact copy of someone who exists in Cantr.

Akhdar is great as always, nice work Ulo. :) Although you should start writting two chapters per Issue, it sucks when I think it might take 5 years for me too read the whole story.

And I think The last man on Cantr is really deep. Made me think alot. Good work Seko.

I've, uh, written a little passage (about 6 paragraphs) that I might possibly expand into a short story to submit for the next release. It depends on what people think of it, and if I can be fucked to write more. Part of it is slightly inspired by Seko's "The Last Man on Cantr," and I suppose it might also be loosely based on one of my characters.

Tell me what you think of it. I've read through it a few times and tweaked it quite a bit, but if you find any mistakes please PM me.

It has a very Cantrian feel to it. It's a good start but generally stories don't necessarily have to be long in order to be good. So even if you couldn't think of anything more to write doesn't mean that it wasn't good enough.
