Lone Wolf, by what your saying, i'm learning every second of everyday. So, i walk every single day, i don't think i am improving on that. Alright, maybe sleep, i do that everyday,....nope, i'm actually getting bad at that. If you believe that your always learning, why would you post this?

I'm not sure what Lone Wolf said but you are learning to walk just by walking.

The thing that happens when doing nothing is called...

I can't remember.

Funny that. Maybe it will come to me. It has something to do with age.

What were we talking about?

Nice weather today.

You do learn everyday, you are always learning, I didn't say that you learn about everything everyday
One thing that I have learn today, I can't post nothing with your here, because you voted "No" and have to let everyone know that you are right so we must be wrong.....We all are allowed our opinion and we've heard yours, It's just that some of us don't agree with you.

But I'm sure you know more that a Grade 10 World Economics teacher. Don't forget that's who is reading this right now

I still hold with my "No" vote. The question I was answering was "Is Cantr educational?" Now, I may indeed be learning things or improving certain skills by playing Cantr, but that alone does not make something educational. I think that for something to be considered educational it must help people learn significantly more than other activities do, and I don't think it does. I learn things when doodling on a piece of paper (such as how to hold a pencil or what doodles look the most interesting), but I don't think that makes doodling educational. In common use, there is a clear distinction between educational things and other things. For example, documentraies are considered educational while most movies are not, though movies can teach quite a few things.

Grade 10 teachers can be wrong too, just like anyone else. Grade 10 teachers also (from my experience) accept that others have different opinions, and as a rule they enjoy discussing those opinions.

Even though people voted "No" that's fine, that's just their opinion and they shouldn't be faulted, they just may not have noticed they were learing something because they were having too much fun playing the game.

I just sounds like your saying that i'm wrong and putting down my opinion so thats why i kept talking.

So your a 10th grade World Econ. Teacher?...And why is this important?

Um , cantr is much more educational than a movie or doodling on a piece of paper....for instance, say you're playing something like, an rts....command and conquer for instance...it's a lot of fun, and it's not technically educational, but you are learning...you are learning how to win, with the situation you've been given, how to multitask better, etc....now take cantr...in that mindset, what are you learning in cantr? You are learning how to deal with various situations, how alot of politics work, you even learn some some valuable life lessons...you just dont know it

Ummm....why are we still arguing about this? What is the purpose of convincing three people? Let them believe what they like.

yeah, lone wolf, you're arguing that everything is educational, which would render the word meaningless and broken. *gently picks up the poor mangled corpes of "educational"* then you claim that people who's aopinions differ from yours are like personally assaulting you or something.
cantr: maybe a bit educational (but that's really very subjective)
each and every moment of my life: mostly not.
DOOM!

Life is ruled by entropic forces not stability. Any obsevation of stability is a testament to a temproary conter-entropic condition or event. Thus praticing what you know helps you not foget what you know.

The topic has almost dipped below the horizon. Just a little further now...
