Some people tend to leave the table right after they had a chance to draw. Some figure out it's funny to draw intercourse when the word was "police car". And when you play with strangers, they haven't gotten used to your symbols so they might not get things that friends would figure out within seconds.

It's true. I used to play InkLink on Shockwave (similar game, I'm guessing). There are plenty of people who are there to play, but many more to just be obnoxious and immature.

oh man, what the heck? I rarely come across those kinds of people. Maybe I play in a different setting?

I always play in a team table of 8. Strict rules. Apples and Oranges.

I've never played a team game. I'd guess in a team game it was essential to know your team mates and the symbols they tend to use.

=) you should give team game a try! with team games, you won't encounter jerks often because the score affects not one individual, but, instead, the whole team. As for the symbols used, they are all pretty standard universal symbols used throughout graffiti.
